Santa Talbot

This is just the cutest thing ever, and I had to share with all of you!! Justin has been wearing his Santa hat, non-stop since I bought it for him. I am going to have him wear it to the Christmas party Wednsday and I think I will wear my antler headband- Justin said I can be Vixen, his reindeer!

Christmas Tree

Justin is very proud of the Christmas Tree. He put on the decorations, at least from the middle down!! Brian put the train around the bottom today and Justin has knocked it over more times than we can count!!

Waiting for Daddy

Justin was all pooped out after we put up the tree, and fell asleep on the couch. He wanted to wait up for his daddy, but didn't make it!! Justin spent the last couple of nights at grandpa and grandma's, playing with his cousins. When Aunt Katie brought him home, Brian was on his way to Clarkston, so Justin only got to see him for a couple of minutes, needless to say that on Sunday, I went to church by myself, because Justin would not leave his daddy!!

Apple Turkey

Justin made this apple turkey at school for their Thanksgiving party. It has colored marshmellows for the tail feathers. It is the cutest thing ever!!!

I think Mary has gotten bigger in the week since the last picture!! This is the 33 week picture.

Baby Bump #3

Mary at her baby shower. She was 32 weeks in this picture. We all had a lot of fun and Mary and the baby got a lot of really nice things!! But no diapers and wipes!!

Yummy Pennsylvania

Welcome to Chocolate World!! This has to be the yummiest place on earth!! I hope all of you can make it out there at least once, you will have the time of your life!! Thanks for everything Andrea!!

Andrea at Chocolate World

When we went to Chocolate World, we got shakes, and I just could not resist taking this picture!! Love you sooooooo much!!!

Hershey Syrup

I took this picture for mom!! I thought she would like to see all that yummy chocolate syrup!!

Hershey Cocoa

This picture was taken at the chocolate factory- Andrea and I are the little bumps in front of the "O".

Hershey Stacks

Andrea and I took pictures all over with the News Journal, so we can put it in the newspaper. I think this is the one I will use.

Amish Buggy #2

The buggies stop at the stoplights just like the cars, and people are very patient to let them go at their own pace. There was no honking or road rage- maybe everyone should take a lesson from the Amish!! VERY COOL TO SEE !!! Thanks, Ammon and Andrea for taking time to go out there!!!

Amish Buggy

There are these buggies on the road all over the country, where the Amish live. They just go down the side of the road, next to the cars. Their buggies have blinkers!! - I thought this was really cool !! The older people would nod at you if you said hello, but the kids would talk to you. Andrea had a talk with a young man who was making birdhouses.

Amish laundry #2

Everywhere you go there is laundry out being dried, and the Amish people were out working their land. We saw them raking the leaves, mowing the lawns- with the old cutters by hand- and we saw little road side stands where they sell items from their gardens of things that they have made. IT WAS AWESOME!!!

Amish Laundry

The Amish have a pulley system to get the laundry to the top of the post. I also saw the laundry going from the house to the top of a barn!!

Halloween Night!!

Justin loved riding in the trailer to go Trick or Treating!! Susan and Stacey had to help him in and out and were probably very tired at the end of the night, but he enjoyed himself until about 8pm, when he told Suasn he was DONE! Needless to say I had to go pick him up so the rest of the kids could keep going! Susan said that he would have a talk with everyone at their doors or would try and take down their decorations! What a little stinker!! Mom and I followed on dad's machine for awhile to take a few pictures and then went for a drive up by the cemetery- we did not see any ghosts thank goodness!! Then we went over to Susan's house and watched -The Haunting- with Julie, until mom made us turn it so she would be able to sleep!!

Trick or Treating #2

The girls could not wait to get into their candy!! I bet a couple of them were sick the morning after (today), from eating so much candy!! They all had a lot of fun and got more candy than you can shake a stick at!!

Trick or Treating #1

The boys were all tuckered out after they got back from trick or treating, but not to tired to start in on the candy!!

Painting Pumpkins

It is way to cold to go outside to carve pumpkins, and I don't want the mess inside, so Justin and I painted the pumpkins instead!! He had a ball and it was a good thing he took off his shirt, because, he got paint EVERYWHERE!! Brian and Justin are going to brave the cold tomorrow and carve pumkins. I think, I will stay in where it is warm!!

Scott's Deer

Justin and the deer that Scott shot up on Stacey's land. I think Justin was just as excited as Scott was!! Justin posed for pictures with the head, while Scott was cutting up the other end! I guess working for Premium Meat was worth it, he saved some money on having to have someone else cut it up for him. YUCK!!!

Sick Kid Update

We went to the doctor today and.....NOT good news!!! He has gotten worse. They have doubled his steriod and he now has to have a breathing treatment every 2 hours, and he is also on a antibiotic. His doctor said that the next 24 hours will be the deciding factor if he will have to be admitted to the hospital. If I could just keep him on the couch and not trying to bounce all over the house it would help!! But on the other hand the doctor said that if he was just laying around and not up and moving he would already be in the hospital!! So needless to say we will be in the house for a few more days!!

My Sick Little Boy

Well, we made it through another trip to the emergency room!! Justin has a viral infection in his lungs. I took this picture on Wednesday morning (10/14), after he had a breathing treatment- you can tell he is forcing a smile, and would much rather be sleeping! He is very ANGRY with me and his dad, because he can't have any "sugar" milk, until he is breathing better in a couple of days-he told me if I don't give him some he is going to die!! How dramatic is that?

First Snow - Oct 2, 2009

Andrea, Just thought you might like to see the first snow of the year!! It is so pretty with the tops of the mountains covered with the fluffy stuff!! Can't wait to see you at Christmas, give Stockton a kiss for me!! Love you ,Joanne P.S. Tell Ammon "hi" for me too!!

Bear World 2009

We stopped at Bear World on the way to Yellowstone, Justin had a ball looking at all the animals and wanted us to roll down the windows on the drive through the animal park so he could get closer to the bears!! (Good thing I was driving and had control of the window locks!!) We all walked through the petting zoo and Brian and Justin got the baby goats going so the would butt you with their heads!! Guess who got the bruises? ME!!!
This was the first day in the park, and also the farthest we could go in the park!! There was a fire on the Old Faithful loop and a road closure on the Mammoth loop, but we had a lot of fun anyway!

The Talbot Men in West Yellowstone!!

Brian, Landon, Jesse and Justin. This was taken Sunday morning while we were in Yellowstone. Landon was able to come with us for a couple of days on our vacation. It was good to see him!! He is living in Twin Falls and going to school to be a Fish Biologist, he has been working with Sturgen, and says some of them are up to 8 feet long!

Justin on Vacation 2009

Justin and his new stuffed creature- a white Buffalo that he has named "Horny"!! Before you laugh remember he is only four years old and it is a very innocent name for a animal with horns!!

First Day of Preschool

Country Kids Preschool!! Justin was so excited for his first day of preschool, he even changed his mind about his shirt 3 times! He was not really thrilled about having to get out of bed, before he was ready, but he made it out and had some cereal and toast and of course a glass of "sugar" milk. And after a round of picture taking he was off to school. I walked him into his classroom and took a couple of pictures, and he said he would be ok, and I could go. It is official, he is no longer my baby, he is a big boy now!!
Just in time for the first day of school- Justin has a infection in a eyelash folical!! Makes for cute pictures with a swollen face! But isn't he HANDSOME!!

Keep cheking in for new updates, I will take a picture every chance I get!!

Russell James Eddings

Uncle Jim was letting Russell wear his hat, for the first few seconds he liked it, and then he threw it on the ground- isn't he the cutest- Russell was sick while we were camping and they had to leave a day early so he could have his breathing treatments.

Camping

Some of the family posing for a picture while we were camping- what is up the the face on Tiffany? We had lots of fun, until it started to rain!!
Justin just pulled this coke out of the cooler, that was still full of ice and water from camping then, dumped the ice cold water off of the top of the can, down the back of Brian's neck. Justin laughed until I thought he was going to pee!!

Mommy's Big Helper

I told Justin, that we had to clean the house from top to bottom, before we go camping. He took me very serious!! He cleaned the living room and he even vacuumed, to my surprise he even used the hose attachment and went along the edges!! I didn't even know that he knew what the hose was used for!! What a AWESOME kid!! Maybe he can give his dad some tips!! (haha).

Justin's 4th Birthday!!

Justin had a lot of fun on his birthday. He had 3 parties- the Talbot party, the Eddings party and a friend party. All he asked for was a new cowboy hat, boots and belt, so of course that is what he got!! Grandpa and Grandma E, gave hime the lincoln logs that builds into a ranch, and he loves it because it came with cows, horses and cowboys!! I made his cake with the lizards, I am not the best at decorating cakes, maybe I should have had Susan help with it!! Anyway he had fun!!

BRC Pioneer Day Rodeo - July 24,2009

Justin could not hardly wait to get on a "wild sheep"! We had to wait in line for almost 1 1/2 hours, before it was his turn, and let me tell you he was so excited, when Brian helped him onto that sheep, he held on tight and wrapped his little legs around and out the chute they went!! He did AWESOME! He rode that sheep almost the whole length of the arena, and did not even bail off when he lost his hat!! He just got up, dusted himself off and went back to get his hat. He would have went again, if they would have let him! Our little cowboy is growing up to fast! He says we need to get him a sheep so he can ride it every day- (we hope Aunt Susan might still have one he can ride, because I don't want to buy one)!
